GlossedbyShayy is NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST, DELAYED OR DAMAGED ITEMS! If your tracking information states that your package has been delivered and you haven't received it or if your package still says in transit, you must take that up with USPS. All items are shipped in 1-4 days and are shipped through USPS. USPS takes 7-21 Days to deliver international orders and take at least 3-5 business days to deliver U.S. orders. Your tracking number will be emailed automatically when the shipping label is made
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT! After your order is placed we do not change addresses! If your order gets returned back to us because you provided the incorrect address there will be a $5.00 reship fee!
